2.2.15.4. Measurement of internal diameter of the directing plug of the valve
|
Fig. 2.141. Measurement of internal diameter of the directing plug of the valve
|
Measure internal diameter of each directing plug of the valve in the directions X and Y in three points (A, B, and C), as is shown in drawing 2.141.
If diameter does not correspond to norm, replace directing plug of the valve.
Standard internal diameter:
Admission: 5,509–5,539 mm;
Release: 5,509–5,539 mm.
|
Fig. 2.142. Measured details: 1–naprvlyayushchy plug of the valve; 2–core; 3–gap
|
Calculate a gap between a core and directing the valve, having subtracted value of external diameter of a rod of the valve from value of internal diameter of the corresponding directing plug of the valve (fig. 2.142).
If the result does not correspond to norm, replace the valve and/or directing plug of the valve.
Normal gap:
Admission: 0,024–0,069 mm;
Release: 0,029–0,074 mm.
Maximum gap: 0,10 mm.
