Establish a cover of bearings of a cam-shaft.

Measure an axial gap of a camshaft (fig. 2.156).
If the gap does not correspond to norm, replace a head of the block of cylinders or a cam-shaft.
Standard axial gap: 0,09–0,24 mm.
Maximum axial gap: 0,25 mm.
Again uncover cam-shaft bearings.
