1.4.4.6. Check of level of liquid of washers of glasses and headlightsFill a tank of a washer of a windscreen with only special liquid intended for a washer, or pure water. It is dangerous to use low-freezing cooling liquid as liquid of a stekloomyvatel. At hit of cooling liquid on a windscreen visibility through glass will worsen that can lead to a road accident.

Check liquid level in a tank of a stekloomyvatel. If necessary add liquid of a stekloomyvatel (fig. 1.184). To check liquid level in a forward tank of a washer, uncover a tank mouth. Then close a finger an opening in the center of a cover and, without releasing a finger, lift a cover up. Liquid level in a tank of a stekloomyvatel corresponds to height of a column of liquid in the transparent tube attached to a cover. If necessary add liquid of a stekloomyvatel. In the absence of liquid for a washer use for tank filling usual pure water (at positive temperature of air). However, at negative temperature of air it is necessary to use only low-freezing liquid of a stekloomyvatel.
