Belt.

Be convinced of that the seat belt is established correctly.

Check a seat belt on existence of damages and deformation of metal elements (fig. 8.69).

If there are damages, replace a belt.

Be convinced of that the belt is smoothly extended and taken up.

If it not so, replace a seat belt.

Be convinced of that the natyazhitel of a seat belt works at a fast pulling of a belt.

If it not so, replace a seat belt.

Remove a natyazhitel of a seat belt.

Make sure that the seat belt is not blocked at an inclination of a natyazhitel of a belt to 15 ° from a starting position and blocked, when the natyazhitel bends on 40 ° and more (fig. 8.70).

If it not so, replace a seat belt.

Take out a belt completely for change of a mode of blocking with ELR on ALR.

Be convinced of that the natyazhitel of a seat belt publishes a clicking sound at slow taking-up of a belt.

If the sound is not audible, the mode of blocking did not change.

If at repeated taking-up of click is not present, replace a belt.

Be convinced of that the belt is blocked at a pulling.

If it not so, replace a seat belt.

Be convinced of that the mode of blocking changes on ELR when the belt is completely winded.

Otherwise, replace a seat belt.

Limiter of loading of a natyazhitel.

ATTENTION At operation of the limiter of loading the belt and the top fastening strongly rub the friend about the friend, leaving wear tracks.

The worn-out belt cannot carry out function of protection of passengers.

Be convinced of that replaced a seat belt after operation of the limiter of loading.

If the car visited collision, extend a belt from a natyazhitel, examine it and be convinced that the belt has no wear tracks (the limiter of loading did not work) (fig. 8.71).

If it not so, replace a seat belt.
