6.2.8.2. Installation

ATTENTION Always establish laying of a pusher of the amplifier of brakes before testing measurements or adjustments.

Establish the special adaptation on the amplifier of brakes, as is shown in drawing 6.22, and tighten nominal effort of an inhaling.

Inhaling moment: 9,8–16,0 N · m.

Using a vacuum manometer, create in the amplifier of brakes vacuum the value equal of 66,7 kPas (fig. 6.23).

Using a calliper, measure distance of L, as is shown in drawing 6.24.

Standard length: 22,7 mm.

If the size L does not correspond to norm, as shown, remove the special adaptation (49 E043 001) and the special adaptation (49 B043 004) adjust length of a pusher. Apply the special adaptation (E043 003A) to prevention of rotation of a pusher (fig. 6.25).

Remove special adaptations, replace the special adaptation (49 E043 001) and again measure distance of L.

Establish the main cylinder on the amplifier of brakes (fig. 6.26).

ATTENTION If after installation of the main cylinder, air does not leave properly tubes of brake system even after procedure of its removal, probably incomplete rastormazhivaniye of wheels or other defect. Remove the main cylinder and repeatedly establish it properly.
