6.2.13.1. Adjustment of lay brake system

Start the engine and press several times a brake pedal.

Stop the engine.

Remove an ashtray behind the central console.

Turn an adjusting nut, as is shown in drawing 6.48.

After adjustment make the following:

– turn the ignition key in the situation ON, extend the lever of the parking brake on one click and be convinced that the lamp of the alarm system of lay brake system lights up;

– be convinced that back brake mechanisms do not block a wheel.
