8.1.17.3. Hatch adjustment

Completely close hatch glass.

Measure a gap and height between the glass panel and a body (fig. 8.60).

If the height does not correspond to norm, weaken screws of the panel and again establish glass.

Gap:

a–0,8–1,2 mm;

b–0 mm.

Tighten screws.

Insert the card between a sealant and a car body. Be convinced that the hatch is densely closed (when moving the card resistance) (fig. 8.61) is felt.

If the hatch is not closed densely, again modify its situation.
