Removal
Remove a transmission in the block with the main transfer.
Remove a cover of a fork of switching off of coupling.
Remove a fork of switching off of coupling assembled.
Remove a clip of the coupling of the bearing of switching off of coupling.
Remove a support of a fork of switching off of coupling from a transmission.
Turn on each bolt at one time, on one turn, before weakening of effort of a spring.
ATTENTION
Preserve a disk of coupling, a surface of a press disk and a flywheel against hit on them of oil and extraneous subjects.

Using the special adaptation, remove the basic bearing of primary shaft of a transmission.
NOTE
Do not remove the basic bearing of primary shaft of a transmission if do not replace it.

Establish the special adaptation for flywheel deduction from a provorachivaniye.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a flywheel in the sequence specified in drawing 3.13.
Check
Check a coupling casing.

Using a calliper, measure depth of wear of petals of a diafragmenny spring (fig. 3.14).
Maximum permissible wear on depth And: 0,6 mm.

Using a ruler and щуп, measure a gap between a press disk and a ruler, as is shown in drawing 3.15.
Maximum gap: 0,5 mm.
Establish the strelochny indicator on the block of cylinders.

Rotating a flywheel, measure a deviation of tops of petals of a diafragmenny spring (fig. 3.16).
The maximum deviation from the plane: 0,6 mm.
If one of the measured values does not correspond to the established norm, replace a coupling casing.
Check a conducted disk of coupling.

By means of a calliper check thickness of frictional slips from both parties of a vyzhimny disk in relation to heads of rivets (fig. 3.17).
Minimum thickness of a slip: 0,3 mm.
If thickness of slips less minimum, replace a disk.

By means of the strelochny indicator check axial palpation of a disk (fig. 3.18).
Maximum axial palpation: 0,7 mm.
If axial palpation exceeds the established norms, replace a disk.
Putting axial pressure on vyzhimny the bearing, turn its (fig. 3.19).
If the bearing jams or there is a considerable resistance to rotation, replace the bearing.
NOTE
The pressurized bearing does not demand washing or greasing.

Putting axial pressure upon the basic bearing of primary shaft of a transmission, turn it.
If the bearing jams or there is a considerable resistance to rotation, replace the bearing.

By means of the strelochny indicator check axial palpation of a flywheel (fig. 3.20).
Maximum axial palpation: 0,2 mm.
If axial palpation exceeds the established norms, replace a flywheel.
Installation
Establish a flywheel on a cranked shaft.
When using old bolts remove the remains of old hermetic from carving openings under bolts of fastening of a flywheel in cranked to a shaft and from bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Put hermetic on bolts of fastening of a flywheel and establish them.
NOTE
If establish a new bolt, do not put on it hermetic.

Wrap by hand bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
Fix a flywheel from a provorachivaniye by means of the special adaptation.

Tighten fastening bolts for two or three passes in the sequence specified in drawing 3.21.
Inhaling moment: 108–115 N · m.
Using the special adaptation, establish the new basic bearing of primary shaft of a transmission.

Establish a conducted disk of coupling and fix its situation with the help of the adaptation for centering of disks (3.22).
Establish a coupling casing.
Establish the special adaptation.

Evenly and gradually tighten bolts of fastening of a press disk in the sequence specified in drawing (fig. 3.23).
Inhaling moment: 18,6–25,5 N · m.
Establish a support of a fork of switching off of coupling in a transmission.
Establish a clip of the coupling of the bearing of switching off of coupling on the bearing.
Put konsistentny greasing on surfaces of contact of the coupling and a fork of switching off of coupling, a fork and a pusher and a fork point of support.
Put konsistentny greasing for shlitsevy connections of coupling and on a shlitsa of a leading shaft.
Establish a fork of switching off of coupling with the bearing of switching off of coupling in a transmission.
NOTE
After installation move a fork forward and back for check of smoothness of moving of the vyzhimny bearing.

Establish a cover of a fork of switching off of coupling.
Establish a transmission.
|
