3.1.2.4. Removal and installation of a pedal of coupling

Remove the panel of furnish of a combination of devices.

Remove the block of a combination of devices.

Remove the top part of the dashboard.

Remove a fork of a pusher of the main cylinder of coupling with a pin. Remove a clip and take out a pin from an opening.

Remove a coupling pedal.

Disconnect the socket of the switch of coupling. Turn off three nuts, remove a coupling pedal assembled with an arm.

Remove a spring of compression of a servomechanism. For this purpose, using a small screw-driver, remove an E-shaped ring then remove a compression spring (fig. 3.7).

Establish the plug of a fork of a pusher of the main cylinder of coupling. To put konsistentny greasing on an internal part of the new plug. Establish the fork plug in an opening of a pedal of coupling.

Establish the first buffer of a pedal of coupling.

Establish an overlay of a pedal of coupling.

Establish a spring cover.

Establish the plug of the servo-driver of a pedal of coupling. Before installation put konsistentny greasing on an internal part of the new plug.

Put konsistentny greasing on both surfaces of two new plugs of a pedal of coupling and establish them in a pedal opening (fig. 3.8).

Establish a coupling pedal assembled in an arm of a pedal of coupling and fix a bolt and a nut.

Inhaling moment: 36.8 N · m.

Put konsistentny greasing on surfaces of contact of the plug and a compression spring. Using nippers, establish an E-shaped ring and put into place a spring of compression of a saddle of a servomechanism (fig. 3.9).

Establish a coupling pedal in collecting and fix three nuts.

Inhaling moment: 18,6–22,5 N · m

Connect the socket of the switch of coupling.

Put konsistentny greasing on surfaces of contact of a pin and an opening of the plug of a fork of a pusher of the main cylinder of coupling. Connect a fork to a pedal of coupling by a pin. Establish on a pin a clip.

Establish the top part of the dashboard.

Establish the block of a combination of devices.

Establish the panel of furnish of a combination of devices.

Check and adjust a coupling pedal.
