The set of types of body shpaklevka is issued, however, it is necessary to notice that for this type of works enclosed to sets shpaklevochny paste best of all is suitable for repair of body panels with a hardener. To reach smoothness and correctness of a contour of the puttied surface, paste should be put with a flexible plastic or nylon shpatel. Strictly following instructions of the producer of a shpaklevka (violation can lead to the wrong hardening of shpaklevochny weight), mix insignificant quantity of a shpaklevka on a pure wooden or cardboard surface (carefully use a hardener).
With Shpatel put a shpaklevka on previously prepared surface of the damaged site of the body panel. For achievement of a desirable contour of a surface and shpaklevka level each dab a shpatel should pass through all repaired surface. As soon as the contour of the puttied surface becomes close to demanded, immediately stop to put a shpaklevka as it, stiffening, will begin подлипать to a shpatel, forming lumps and leaving вырывы on a processed surface. Continue to put paste layers with intervals about 20 миндо those a time while level of the puttied surface will not begin to act slightly over surrounding metal of the panel.
After shpaklevka hardening, remove its surplus with a file. The stage of a zashkurivaniye and polishing of the puttied surface further begins. Best of all the waterproof emery paper is suitable for this purpose. Fill from coarse-grained paper No. 180 and further, consistently reducing granularity, finish No. 600. To reach adequate planeness of a processed surface, paper previously wrap up round whetstone from dense rubber (a tree or polyfoam) or paste on it. In the course of processing paper regularly and often moisten with water. Such technology allows to reach absolute smoothness and flatness of a processed surface at the final stage.
As a result processed surface should be surrounded with a ring of pure metal. Wash out the processed surface pure water, washout from it everything formed during polishing a dust.
From an aerosol ballonchik with a thin layer put on the processed surface a light first coat, a so-called pro-attendance layer. It will allow to reveal all defects allowed during polishing which can be eliminated with a way of drawing of a new layer of a shpaklevka. Repeat a zashkurivaniye and polishing. Repeat a shpaklevaniye, processing and a surface first coat before receiving satisfactory (on quality of the received surface) result. On termination of wash out the processed surface water and dry up it.
Now the surface is ready to coloring. Put paint from an aerosol ballonchik in dry rooms. If circumstances compel to carry out body coloring in the open air, it is necessary to treat with all gravity a choice of suitable weather conditions. If coloring of one panel of a body of the car is made, cover the intact panels surrounding it. This precautionary measure will allow to minimize effect of insignificant difference in tones of old and new paints. As the chromeplated decorative strips, door handles, etc., also it is necessary to cover such elements of furnish (and it is better – to remove absolutely). For protection of surfaces not subject to coloring use a special sticky tape (painting "adhesive tape") and the old newspapers laid in some layers.
Before starting coloring from an aerosol ballonchik, carefully stir up it, then put paint on a trial surface, fulfilling equipment of coloring. Cover the surface prepared for coloring with a first coat in some stages. Without feeling sorry some water, a moisture resistant emery paper No. 600 process the grounded surface, achieving its absolute smoothness. Before starting final coloring, let's to a first coat dry out completely.
Put a paint coat, again achieving the demanded thickness at the expense of its repeated drawing. Coloring begin from the center of a repaired site, making a hand with a ballonchik roundabouts. Increase their radius, moving on a spiral until there will be covered all damaged area and a part of an old paint and varnish covering for the width about five centimeters. Later 10–15 mines (not later not to damage edge starting to stiffen fresh paints) after drawing of the last paint coat separate covering surrounding panels of a body of the newspaper and a sticky tape. Paint finally полимеризуется within about two weeks then, for transition smoothing from fresh paint to put earlier, process the restored surface the thinnest grinding paste. In summary put on the panel a layer of a protective tool with wax.
