At the switched-on devices of external lighting rotate the regulator handle to establish demanded brightness of illumination of the dashboard (fig. 1.53).

NOTE
If function of decrease in brightness of illumination of the dashboard is switched off, the rotary regulator of brightness of illumination does not operate.

Brightness control of illumination of the dashboard (devices of external lighting are switched off).
If devices of external lighting are switched off, by means of consecutive pressing the button of the switch it is possible to choose one of five steps of brightness of illumination of the dashboard.

Switching off of function of decrease in brightness of illumination of the dashboard (devices of external lighting are switched on).
At turning on of devices of external lighting brightness of illumination of the dashboard decreases. At movement on the snow-covered road, in a fog or in other conditions when visibility of the dashboard worsens because of a bright external flare, the button of the switch allows to disconnect function of decrease in brightness of illumination of the dashboard. Press the button to increase brightness of illumination of the dashboard. Press the switch button once again to return to initial brightness of illumination.
