8.1.6.2. The window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver

Design and work principle.
The window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver is equipped with the socket and a gear wheel.
Two contactless switches on the sensor of the Hall are established in the socket.
The contactless switch on the sensor of the Hall uses a set of magnets on a rotating axis for data acquisition about rotation of the electric motor of a window regulator with the servo-driver and deduces the synchronized impulse to the main switch of a window regulator.
The contactless switch on the sensor of the Hall No. 1 gives out one impulse at each turn of an axis of the electric motor of a window regulator. Respectively, the main switch of a window regulator defines angular speed of rotation of the electric motor.
The main switch determines the direction of rotation of the electric motor of a window regulator by a difference between the highest and lowest points of an impulse from each contactless switch on Hall No. 1 and 2 sensors.
