8.1.6.1. Main characteristics

Fig. 8.29. Mazda 6 car window regulators: 1–party of the driver; 2–the main switch of a window regulator with the servo-driver; 3–except the party of the driver; 4–the window regulator switch with the servo-driver; 5–the window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver; 6–a window regulator regulator with the servo-driver; 7–door switch

On the basis of pulse signals from contactless switches on the Hall sensor in the window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver the module of management of a window regulator in its main switch defines the provision of a window and the direction of movement of glass. Respectively, the main switch operates system of the servo-driver of window regulators from the driver (fig. 8.29).

Assembly diagram of electrowindow regulators: 1–the main switch of a window regulator with the servo-driver; 2–manual closing; 3–manual opening; 4–AUTO; 5–switch of interruption of supply of the electric power; 6–it is closed; 7–openly; 8–closing relay; 9–opening relay; 10-the window regulator switch with the servo-driver; 11-the forward electric motor of a window regulator with the servo-driver (the party of the driver); 12-the contactless switch on the Hall No. 1 sensor; 13-the contactless switch on the Hall No. 2 sensor; 14-the forward electric motor of a window regulator with the servo-driver (the party of the passenger); 15-the electric motor of a back window regulator with the servo-driver (right side); 16-the electric motor of a back window regulator with the servo-driver (left side); 17-the electric motor with system of the servo-driver of back window regulators; 18-door switch (party of the driver); 19-door switch (party of the passenger); 20-door switch (the back right side); 21-door switch (the back left side)

When the starting position is established before car transfer, the provision of glass of a window and the direction of work are remembered in the management module in the main switch of a window regulator with the servo-driver. Thus, adjustment of a starting position is necessary if were disconnected: a cable – from a negative conclusion of the storage battery, the socket of the main switch or the socket of the electric motor of a window regulator with the servo-driver (fig. 8.30).

NOTE
If the starting position was not established, functions of automatic work of system of the servo-driver of window regulators from the driver, automatic return of glass and exact moving will not be available.
