2.5.3.18. Control system of air hashingJamming in a closed position of a zaslonka of system of hashing of air (P2006)
The PCM block supervises size of a mass consumption of air. If the actual size of a consumption of air of a stream – below expected size, under following conditions, the PCM block considers that the zaslonka of system of hashing of air is blocked in a closed position:
– frequency of rotation of the engine – is higher than 3750 mines-1;
– the temperature of cooling liquid of the engine – is higher than 63 °C;
– a corner of opening of a butterfly valve – more threshold значения*.
* the Maximum settlement value of loading changes depending on frequency of rotation of the engine
Low level of an entrance signal of a chain of the electromagnetic valve of management of system of hashing of air (P2009)
The PCM block supervises a variable operating signal of the electromagnetic valve of system on a conclusion 4Т the PCM block. If the PCM block switches off the electromagnetic valve, but tension on a conclusion 4T remains low, he considers that the chain of the electromagnetic valve of management of system of hashing of air has malfunction.
High level of an entrance signal of a chain of the electromagnetic valve of management of system of hashing of air (P2010)
The PCM block supervises a variable operating signal of the electromagnetic valve of system on a conclusion 4Т the PCM block. If the PCM block turns on the electromagnetic valve, but tension on a conclusion 4T remains high, the PCM block considers that the chain of the electromagnetic valve of management of system of hashing of air has malfunction.
