The sensor of illumination carries out also function of the sensor of a rain in an automatic control system of a screen wiper (fig. 1.59). If the handle of the switch of a screen wiper is established in the situation "AUTO" (an automatic mode) and ignition is included (the switch of ignition is in the situation "ON"), management of a screen wiper is carried out automatically. Be careful not to jam a hand or fingers as it can lead to traumas or screen wiper damage.

If the handle of the central switch of lighting is in the situation "AUTO", at turn of the switch of ignition in the situation "ASS" (auxiliary consumers of the electric power) or «LOCK» (blocking) forward headlights, other devices of external lighting and illumination of the control panel will be switched off. There is a possibility to increase a delay of inclusion of forward headlights, other devices of external lighting and control panel illumination in process of decrease in level of surrounding illumination by adjustment of sensitivity of the sensor.

ATTENTION Do not close anything the illumination sensor (do not paste a film or labels on a windscreen in a zone of an arrangement of the sensor). Otherwise the sensor cannot work properly.
