To lift a head restraint, pull it up and establish on the demanded height. To lower a head restraint, press the button of a clamp and then press a head restraint down (fig. 1.119).

Adjust a head restraint so that the upper edge of a pillow of a head restraint was flush with top of an auricle of the person sitting on sitting. The upper edge of a pillow of a head restraint should not be at level of a neck of the driver at all or the passenger.
