7.5.2. Removal and installation of the lock of ignition

NOTE

Remove the lock only for its replacement. In this case reprogramming of an immobilizer is not required.

Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.

Remove facing of a steering column.

Disconnect the socket and remove the lock (fig. 7.77).
