5.2.1.3. Check of pressure of working liquid in hydrosystem
|
Fig. 5.4. The special device for measurement of pressure of working liquid in hydrosystem
|
Collect special adaptations, as is shown in drawing 5.4.
|
Fig. 5.5. Device connection to hoses of the pump of the hydraulic booster
|
Disconnect the pressure head pipeline from the pump of the hydraulic booster and connect special adaptations (fig. 5.5).
Inhaling moment: 29,4–44,1 N · m.
Remove air from system.
Completely open the valve.
Start the engine and turn a steering wheel to the left and to the right against the stop for temperature increase of working liquid to 50–60 °C.
Completely close the valve. Increase frequency of rotation of the engine to 1000–1500 mines-1 and measure the pressure created by the pump (fig. 5.6).
|
Fig. 5.6. Pressure check at the closed valve
|
If pressure does not correspond to norm, repair or replace details of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
Pressure of working liquid: 10,80–11,29 MPA.
ATTENTION
If to leave the valve closed during more than 5 with, the temperature of working liquid considerably will increase that will adversely affect operation of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
|
Completely open the valve of a manometer and increase frequency of rotation of the engine to 1000–1500 mines-1 (fig. 5.7).
|
Fig. 5.7. Pressure check at the open valve
|
Turn a steering wheel to the left and to the right against the stop, then measure pressure of working liquid in the case of the steering mechanism.
If pressure does not correspond to norm, repair or replace details of the steering mechanism.
Pressure of working liquid: 10,80–11,29 MPA.
Remove special adaptations. Establish the pressure head pipeline and tighten it the ordered moment.
Inhaling moment: 29,4–44,1 N · m.
Remove air from system.
