4.4. Back suspension bracket

Fig. 4.30. Back suspension bracket: 1–back basic plug of a cross-piece; 2–back cross-piece; 3–back shock-absorber; 4–back top lever; 5–the buffer of a course of compression (from a body); 6–back longitudinal lever; 7–back cross-section draft; 8–back stabilizer; 9–car rear view; 10-back cylindrical spring; 11-the buffer of a course of compression (from a spring); 12-back bottom lever

Arrangement of levers and drafts of a multilever back suspension bracket of type E similarly to an arrangement of levers and drafts of a usual multilever back suspension bracket (see fig. 4.30 on page 182), except for an arrangement of the shock-absorber and a cylindrical spring.
The cylindrical spring and the shock-absorber are divided, the cylindrical spring is established between a back cross-piece and the back bottom lever.
The separate arrangement of the shock-absorber and cylindrical spring eliminates a friction between two elements.
Besides, the lateral effort of the shock-absorber decreases, therefore the suspension bracket works smoothly, and the comfort of a trip improves.
